Human Resource Professional Series

Strong human resource practices are essential to organizational success, employee engagement, and effective workforce management.

The Human Resource Professional Series is a comprehensive suite of eight in-depth courses designed to build applied HR knowledge and skills across the full employee lifecycle. Whether you're new to HR or looking to strengthen your expertise, this series supports practical, workplace-based learning aligned with real organizational needs.

Participants will apply tools and frameworks across key HR functions, including employee relations, workforce planning, total rewards, performance management, onboarding, and HR analytics. Courses are designed to support immediate application in the workplace and long-term professional growth.

Participants who successfully complete two required core courses and a minimum of four additional courses will receive a notice of completion recognizing their commitment to developing essential HR competencies.

The series is designed to be flexible for working professionals, with most participants completing the program over 2 to 3 years.

This series aligns with the CPHR Competency Framework and supports development across key HR competency areas, including employee and labour relations, workforce planning, learning and development, total rewards, organizational development, and HR analytics. Courses may be eligible for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
