HRAC CE02 - Workplace Connections and Wellbeing

Strong workplace relationships and employee wellbeing are critical to organizational performance, engagement, and retention.

This course explores workplace connections and wellbeing as key components of HR practice, with a focus on inclusion, conflict management, and organizational health.

Participants will apply practical tools and frameworks to support Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives, manage workplace conflict, and promote employee wellbeing. The course also examines how workplace culture, hybrid work environments, and wellness strategies influence organizational outcomes.
