HRAC 004 - Human Resource Planning: Recruitment, Selection and Retention

Human resource planning is a critical HR function that supports organizations in meeting evolving workforce needs.

Participants will explore and apply recruitment, selection, and retention strategies and best practices for today's workforce. We will examine the impact of the external environment on staffing, strategic importance of staffing and alignment, current issues in staffing, decision making, the importance of KPIs, succession planning as well as the interdependence of staffing with other HRM functions.
