HRAC 006 - Performance Management & Coaching

Performance management is a core HR function focused on developing, supporting, and evaluating employee performance in alignment with organizational goals.

This course explores performance management systems and coaching as complementary approaches to supporting employee development, engagement, and accountability. Participants will apply practical tools and frameworks to set performance expectations, assess performance, and conduct effective coaching and feedback conversations. The course also examines how performance management practices influence organizational outcomes, including productivity, engagement, and retention.
