Yukon College has moved the opening date for applications for the Fall Term to October 15 from January 15 to better align with other Canadian universities and to allow for increased interest in attending the institution as it transitions to become Yukon University – Canada's first university North of 60.

The successful candidate will be the institution’s eighth president and first to serve a full term as president and vice chancellor of Yukon University, Canada’s first university North of 60.
