SERV 002 - Active Listening
Build the skills to stay fully present, understand what others really need, and respond in ways that create smoother, more effective workplace communication In this practical, hands-on course, you’ll learn to read between the lines, picking up on body language, tone, and subtle cues that shape everyday interactions.
With a focus on honing concentration, understanding context, and providing thoughtful responses, participants will leave empowered with the ability to enhance communication, build trust, and navigate complex conversations with clarity and empathy.
