PROJ CE08 - Managing Projects with Artificial Intelligence
This three-day course equips project managers and team leaders with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to harness artificial intelligence across the full project lifecycle.
As AI rapidly transforms how organizations plan, execute, and report on projects, this course cuts through the hype to focus on practical, immediate application. Participants will explore how AI-powered tools can automate routine tasks, enhance decision-making, improve risk management, and unlock new levels of team productivity.
Through hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and live tool demonstrations, delegates will leave with a clear understanding of where AI adds genuine value in project management — and how to implement it responsibly and effectively in their own organization.
This course is designed for professionals who are managing projects and want to understand how artificial intelligence can meaningfully support their work without getting lost in technical complexity.
