PROJ 008 - Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) Exam Preparation

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification provides an industry-recognized credential that demonstrates to employers that you have achieved a level of project management competence and the ability to apply these specialized skills to your area of work, for all industry sectors.

This intensive 3-day course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to pass the Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification exam. Through a blend of expert instruction, real-world case studies, and rigorous practice exams, participants will gain a deep understanding of the core concepts and practices of project management. You will cover all evaluated subject areas, and provide example questions and answers to familiarize participants with the scoring methods used. In this course, participants learn proven techniques from a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, greatly increasing their chances of achieving a higher score than they would without this course.

This hands-on workshop includes instruction and exercises that reinforce the learning. Participants are grouped in teams that plan and manage real projects using the tools and techniques presented in the workshop.
