PROJ 007 - SharePoint for Project Management

This 2-day course provides participants with a practical, hands-on introduction to using Microsoft SharePoint as a tool for project management. Participants learn how to create and manage collaborative project sites, organize documents, automate processes, and integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Office applications. The course aligns with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and focuses on applying SharePoint to manage projects, programs, and portfolios effectively.
