Delivered in partnership with National Project Management Inc, participants receive a comprehensive overview of project management techniques to effectively plan, manage, and control projects based on the standards of the Project Management Institute. Theory and practical examples of these methodologies are provided in an interactive format, gaining skills that you can apply immediately on the job. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to understand and apply project management techniques to their current and future projects. You will also be able to effectively manage small to medium sized projects and achieve immediate improvements on project performance.
The course is appropriate as a first course for those who are working towards their PMP® or CAPM® certification.
