MANG CE14 - Influencing Without Authority
In many workplaces, getting things done depends on influence rather than position. When you’re working across teams, balancing competing priorities, or relying on others to move work forward, formal authority isn’t always part of the equation.
This practical workshop focuses on real-world strategies for building alignment, gaining buy-in, and moving work forward without direct authority. You’ll explore how to build credibility and trust, navigate different perspectives, and approach conversations more intentionally. Through realistic scenarios and hands-on activities, you’ll learn simple tools and communication techniques you can apply immediately in your professional practice.
