MANG CE07 - Managing Change in the Workplace
formerly Successfully Managing Change
Workplaces are constantly navigating change, from leadership changes to shifting priorities and evolving processes. But success depends less on the plan, and more on how people experience and respond to it. This practical 1-day course focuses on the human side of change in real workplaces. Whether you're leading change, supporting it, or working within it, you’ll explore how change shows up in day-to-day work and what helps teams move forward.
Through realistic scenarios and hands-on activities, you’ll learn simple tools to plan and support change, communicate clearly, and respond to resistance, uncertainty, and competing priorities in a constructive way. Participants will apply these tools to their own work and leave with practical strategies they can use right away.
