LEAD CE18 - Women in Leadership

Women have long been catalysts for change across industries—from trailblazers who broke barriers to today’s leaders shaping inclusive workplaces. This one-day workshop explores the evolution of women’s leadership, the barriers that persist, and the unique strengths women bring to their roles. Through reflection and skill-building activities, participants will explore their leadership styles, build confidence, and develop strategies to lead with authenticity and impact.
