The teachers here are fantastic and will bend over backwards to support me and every other student here. They’ll stop and talk to you in the hall even if they are busy and trying to get to a meeting on time. That level of care, you don’t have to worry about anything here.”

To Dori, being a Liberal Arts student means having the opportunity to broaden her thinking, practice her problem-solving skills, and build a community.
At 13 years old she had 2 surgeries and radiation to treat a brain tumor. Despite barriers, Dori has embraced University life and buckled down, gave it her all, and has her name on the Dean’s list to prove it.
