RENR 105 - Introduction to Environmental Sciences

Explores basic concepts in ecology and chemistry to help understand current problems that challenge sustainability such as human population growth, atmospheric problems, agriculture and northern contaminants. Students must also register in RENR 105L, the mandatory lab component of this course. Registration is restricted to students in the B.Sc. in Northern Environmental and Conservation Sciences (ENCS) program. This course is also available as YukonU ENVS 100 - non-B.Sc. ENCS students interested in taking RENR 105 should instead register in ENVS 100.
