MANG CE15 - Negotiation in the Workplace
Negotiation is part of everyday work, whether you're aligning priorities, managing expectations, or working through competing perspectives. Most of these conversations don’t happen across a formal negotiating table, but in meetings, emails, and day-to-day interactions.
This 1-day hands-on course focuses on practical negotiation skills you can use in real workplace situations. You’ll learn how to prepare for conversations, understand different perspectives, and work toward outcomes that are both effective and sustainable. Through short simulations and realistic scenarios, you’ll practice simple techniques, conversation structures, and planning tools that can be applied immediately. Participants will leave with practical strategies and tools to support more confident, constructive negotiation in their work.
