LEAD 352 - ReQUEST
This course is designed to build from Quest (LEAD111) and allows students to continue their leadership journey. Students will enhance their understanding of leadership, and more advanced theoretical aspects of leadership will be the focus of class. Students in this course will develop practical leadership skills by developing and facilitating a co-created leadership project that will benefit a community organization. Students will also develop mentorship skills by supporting junior students in their leadership journey (e.g. LEAD111 students). Principles of life design will also be reviewed and enhanced through this course, and students will have an opportunity to review and reimagine their life plans that were previously designed in Quest.
LEAD 352 students will participate in and facilitate LEAD 111 Quest.
