Recent research shows that we are in transition in our lives more often than when we are on some stable plateau. Getting older does not stop transitional processes. Life continues to happen as we age. One of life’s great transitional periods is retirement. Related to that is the transition from adulthood to elderhood. In this workshop we explore the structure and dynamics of life transitions and how we can successfully navigate them, with particular reference to the second half of life.
