JUST CE145 - Conscious Aging - Harvesting Wisdom from Lived Experience
A core aspect of aging consciously and embracing our elderhood is intentionally reviewing our lives with the goal of separating the metaphorical wheat (wisdom) from the chaff (the totality of one’s lived experience). In this workshop we engage with a number of different exercises to help us see our life as a story full of challenges, disappointments, losses and triumphs. Out of this we begin to harvest wisdom and embark on the path of true elderhood.
