Only students who have successfully completed the CFSC 1 week prior to course start date are eligible to take this course. Topics in this new CRFSC, with emphasis on handguns, includes: major parts and types, firearms safety practices, ammunition, operating handgun actions, handgun firing techniques, care of handguns, responsibilities of the firearms owner/user, safe storage, display, transportation and handling of restricted firearms.
