This course integrates and applies environmental monitoring field skills and focuses on reclaiming disturbed sites. Students will integrate traditional, community, scientific and regulatory knowledge to create a site restoration and reclamation plan. Students will develop employment skills and job-related resources. Both Western and Indigenous perspectives and ways of knowing will be explored, using Northern and culturally-relevant examples.
