COOK 016 - Knife Skills

Good knife skills help improve the quality of the food you cook by ensuring uniform cooking times and enhancing presentation. This workshop will cover the correct way to hold a chef’s knife, how to chop, dice, slice, and julienne, how to grip the food to avoid injury, and other helpful tips to allow you to use your kitchen knives to their fullest potential. Our instructor will also demonstrate some tips and tricks to impress your guests!
