Presenting Shaun Cooke:
"I would love to talk about loving what is, how to relate to mental well-being as well as why we need to honour our cycles and seasons as human beings. I can also talk about relationships, the masculine and the feminine, and how to honour our word."
Shaun is a life changing personal transformation and mental well-being coach and men's work facilitator. He has spent the last 5 years of his life consciously diving into his own patterns of depression, not being able to complete the work he sets out to do and people pleasing all the way to burnout, and figuring out how to change them. When he is not helping other people explore these realms within themselves, Shaun loves to explore and discover new places with his friends and two dogs.
