Stéphanie P.Grenier has been a yoga teacher since 2017.  She was drawn towards yoga 10 years ago because of its known benefits for physical and mental wellness. Then she quickly drifted to the energetic spectrum of the practice. The practice of Yoga provides her; healing, mind and body balance, inner calmness, courage, and the amazing feeling of a healthy body.

She is a teacher of Hatha/Hatha flow/Vinyasa, Yin yoga and she is also a Reiki practitioner. Her traditional yoga lineage is from Krishnamacharya, which embodies and refine Vinyasa. This style uses the movements of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) to lead in and out of each posture. Each movement is coordinated with precise breathing and Drishti, "gazing point", and instills meditative concentration.

Stéphanie facilitated many classes in different places such as Montreal, Mexico, and Guatemala, outside in Nature and in Studio. Her classes offer traditional flowing yoga, including breathing exercises (pranayama), deep stretch, and strength mixed with visualization and meditation. Every session is a reunion between Ida and Pingala, our sun and moon energy.
