ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The University invites a visionary student services professional to serve as Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management at the Yukon University. This is an exciting time to be a part of this community and to participate in our strategic plan, “Becoming.” This is an excellent opportunity for a creative person with established experience in advancement and implementation of best practices within postsecondary student services.

Reporting to the Registrar & Vice-President, Student Life, the incumbent is a highly skilled, experienced, innovative leader who will assume responsibility for creating, leading, and managing a comprehensive enrollment program. The role incorporates best practices in recruitment, admissions, records management, registration, and financial aid. Your role will include the promotion of student-centered culture while supporting the students at the university.

The nature of this position and the range of responsibilities will keep you engaged and utilizing your analytical skills as well as applying your creativity in a student-centered environment.  Your team will advance the enrolment strategy and the student experience. Your ability to manage and support a diverse team will create an environment that provides a sense of wellbeing and belonging.  You will exercise collaborative decision making to continuously improve services that evolve with the needs of students and the university.
