As a member of our service-oriented IT Services team, you will provide day-to-day technical and operational support for the University’s enterprise systems, applications, and related processes. This includes assisting with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and supporting users across the institution.

With your foundational experience in systems support and your interest in learning within a fast-paced technical environment, you will work closely with senior team members to maintain system functionality, ensure data accuracy, and support ongoing improvements to business processes and enterprise applications.

• A related diploma in information technology, computer science, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing technical support for enterprise applications or software systems.
• Experience with software troubleshooting, basic programming or scripting, and working with relational databases and Unix/Linux environments.
• JIRA or Atlassian work experience or training, knowledge of inventory and ticketing practices is considered an asset.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
