Yukon University is looking for qualified individuals on a casual/sessional basis, to teach a variety of courses for the 2025/26 school year.
These positions are primarily responsible for teaching introductory level courses at Yukon University’s Mayo Community Campus in Mayo, YT. Duties will include leading training sessions, designing theoretical and practical lessons, and providing student support.
Yukon U is looking for casual/sessional instructors for four different areas:
• Carpentry instructor (must have a Red Seal)
• Small Engine Mechanics Instructor
• Welding Instructor, and
• Life Skills Instructor.
The time commitment for each role is approximately 2-8 weeks/year with work to be completed at the Mayo Community Campus.
