At Yukon University Northern Energy Innovation, we're passionate about helping communities across the Canadian North achieve energy security and battle the impacts of climate change. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by providing and monitoring a broad range of support services, primarily administrative. This includes human resources, finance, communications (students, division team, YukonU), administrative services, and other related duties to enable the division to serve its clients effectively and fulfill its mandate.

Desired qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred with related administrative experience. Applicants will be proficient in executing office procedures including basic bookkeeping, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and providing primarily in-person front-facing customer service. Proficiency in the use of data systems would be considered an asset.
