Based on 75 hours bi-weekly

Duties:
• Planning/participating in the deployment of new computers to Yukon University.
• Inventory of technology resources
• Assisting with the Reconfiguration of labs, staff and classroom computers.
• Configuring network devices
• Configuring workstations
• Assisting with asset disposal and software disposal
• Assisting with testing installation
• Documenting deployments and changes
• Providing training and technical assistance as needed for staff and students.
Qualifications:
• Ability to configure network PC’s and troubleshoot
• Knowledge of diverse software applications
• Willingness to travel to all the University Community campuses
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
