Procurement Officer

Join our dynamic team at the Procurement and Contracts Office! We are the go-to experts for all procurement activities at the University, offering guidance and support to our dedicated staff. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, this role is pivotal in administering our Procurement Policy and ensuring smooth transactions.

Your responsibilities will include processing procurement transactions, disseminating vital information, acquiring necessary resources, and delivering quality guidance and customer service to our faculty, staff, and the wider community.

We are seeking a candidate with a background in procurement and contracting or experience in project planning and delivery, ideally complemented by post-secondary education in a related field. However, we also welcome applicants with an equivalent blend of training and experience.
